Thank you for being an unabashed Hellboy fanatic and making such an absolutely amazing movie. Humor, action, jaw dropping fight choreography, and the visuals...holy shit... del Toro pulled out all the stops on this one. I lost count, but there has to be at least 50 different creatures populating the nooks and cranny of this movie. I wish I could get it on DVD tomorrow so I could go through it frame by frame just to see everything again...
Without a doubt, this has earned the "Hellgnome Seal of Approval"

I am soooo stuffed. A few of us got together tonight to celebrate Candace's birthday at Fogo de Chao. Imagine, if you will, one of the scenes from "300" where the Spartan army is advancing... Now imagine the Spartans are carrying skewers of multiple types of delicious roasted meat and are politely asking you to sample from them. This is what its like to eat at Fogo. You flip your card to green and pray that you will still be able to find it and flip it back to red after the waiters have instantly filled your plate to overflowing with heaping mounds of steaming meat.
In addition to the cornucopia of meat, they also stocked the table with never ending mashed potatoes and were quick and ready with the Guinness refills. These Brazilians sure know the way to this Irishman's heart!
